Now it is easier and more fun to use this reliable program. In addition, the new
realistic digital brushes will bring your images to life, with shades of watercolors, crayons and
calligraphy. A new ribbon (the band that crosses the top of the window that shows
what the program can do) shows the options displayed, instead of in menus.
And now Paint is also ready for touch technology, so if you have ateam of
touchscreen, soon you will be able to paint with the tips of your fingers on the screen. You can even
make two independent strokes with two fingers.

When you start Paint, you will see a blank window; the tools for drawing and
Paint can be found on the tape at the top of the window. In the following illustration
the different parts of the Paint window are shown:
Drawing of lines
In Paint, various tools can be used to draw. The tool I used and the options
what you select will determine the appearance of the line in the drawing. These are the tools
what can be used to draw lines in Paint.
Pencil Tool

Use the Brushes tool to draw lines with different appearance and texture, as if they were

To draw a line with Color 2 (background color), click with the button
secondary while dragging the pointer.
4. After creating the line, click on the area of the image where you want the arc to be.
Then curve it and drag the pointer to adjust the curve.
Shapes in Paint
Predefined forms
You can use Paint to draw different types of predefined shapes. Below is shown
a list:

To draw a shape with equal sides, hold down the Shift key
while dragging the mouse. For example, to draw a square, click on
Rectangle and then, hold down the Shift key while
drag the mouse.
3. With the form still selected, you can perform one or more of the following actions.

When editing in Paint, you should save your work frequently to avoid losing it.
