a. Official identity document or issued by the State (with photograph)


b. Official driver's license (with photo)
2. Parents who withdraw documentation corresponding to their children must present proof of their relationship.
of kinship with the following documents:
a. A copy of the birth certificate or adoption resolution of the child, where at least the
full legal name of one of the parents.
b. The father must demonstrate his identity by presenting one of the documents indicated in point 1, in
that the name matches the birth certificate or the child's adoption decree.
3. Adult applicants may authorize a third party to collect their documents. This person must present the
following documents:
a. A letter of authorization signed by the applicant containing the full legal name of the third party.
b. A photocopy of one of the identity documents of the applicant indicated in point 1.
c. The third party must also be identified with one of the documents indicated in point 1. The name
the name that appears in the identity document must match the name that appears in the letter of
authorization.

Documents that are not collected within 30 days will be returned to the Consular Section.
