SUMMARY

A Quality Plan describes the set of actions and requirements that the company must follow.
fulfill, to effectively and correctly carry out the tasks of control or execution of the work
object of a certain contract, having as main objectives the increase of the
customer satisfaction and compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Project.

Quality plans are conceived in order to provide organizations with a tool

effective that allows to increase customer satisfaction through the continuous improvement of management
of the internal processes. To achieve this objective, a series of clauses are defined whose
compliance by the company will bring about an improvement in the quality of the processes,
with the aim of offering high value-added products and services for the customer.

QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN FOR EARTH MOVEMENT AND IMPROVEMENT

LAND FOR FOUNDATION.

1. OBJECTIVE

The fundamental objective is to carry out quality control based on the ISO 9001:2015 standard in the
development of earth movement activities for land improvement and
foundations, it is a process that requires a commitment from the entire organization (top management,
workers, contractors, suppliers, clients, etc.) in order to correctly define the

permanent to the legal and regulatory requirements that this activity demands, the integrations of the
existing processes allow us to clearly visualize the deficiencies in them and
timely adopt the necessary changes to reduce costs and carry out the activities
in an agile and secure manner.

4. Quality control program.

Movement of the Earth:

For the earth movement, the type of machinery required for the work will be needed:

Excavator.
Cargo truck.
Roller compactor.

Once the appropriate equipment is available, it will be necessary to gather all the documentation of the
teams:

Circulation permits.
Maintenance of the equipment.
Operator license.

Location and excavation depth:

Define the measurements and location of the excavation by means of a layout and
levels.
The dimensions of the placement area must be in accordance with the stipulated planimetry.
of the project.
Once the location of the excavation has been marked out, it must be checked, reviewed and
accepted by the client.
The excavation depth must be verified through the soil study provided.
by the client.
The depth level of the excavation will be verified using a topographic level to
keep informed of the excavation depth levels which must be
informed and established in the soil study report.

Disposition of the stolen material:

Loading guides regarding the report: date; footage of material loaded onto the truck and
number colerratvo.
Documentation that certifies the disposal of material in an authorized landfill.

Material to be used in the filling:

The material to be used must be arranged as specified in the soil study.

The material must be free of trash and particles larger than 2 inches.
The material will undergo the following tests:

Granulometry.
Atterberg Limits.
Normal proctor.
CBR index.

Once the filler material is accepted:

The soil study provided by the project client will be available for
verification of the established specifications.
continuous monitoring will be carried out during its implementation, determining by layers
from 25 to 30 cm around the entire perimeter of the excavation.
The material must be spread evenly and uniformly.

Compaction control.

It will be carried out using a compactor machine (roller compactor).

The compactor machine will be verified to ensure it meets the requirements indicated in the material tests.
filler.
The degree of compaction will be checked by obtaining it through 1 density campaign.
humidity of 5 points.
The degree of compaction definition must be equal to or greater than 95% obtained from
modified Proctor test.
The material must have a fine percentage over 12%. Otherwise,
it will compact to an equivalent density of at least 80%.
Identification, tests, and compaction results:

Once the filling is completed, density tests must be carried out, which must be
