It is belived that the government should introduce a

new policy on aldolescents, about working in their


leisure time without getting paid, with a view to
supporting the local community. While i agree that doing
this would not only bring the advantages for teenagers
themselve, but also for the society as a whole; this affair
should be an encouragement instead of being
mandatory.
On the one hand, for the youngsters to do unpaid
job in their spare time can both benefit themselves and
