Declaration of English Language Proficiency

I, Saturday Oyindamola Bolajoko, hereby declare that I possess a good command of the English
language. I am confident in my ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, in
English.

Although I do not yet hold an official English language certificate such as IELTS or Cambridge
English Qualification, I am prepared to demonstrate my English proficiency during the entrance
examination and throughout the programme.

I confirm that all information provided in this declaration is accurate to the best of my
