Register ONLINE for employment in the Government and be on the


employment waiting list

STEP 1

· Visit PSC Website [Link]

· Put cursor on Recruitment

· Click on E-recruitment this will link you to [Link]

(If the PSC Website is down, go straight to [Link]


or simply search for Zimconnect on Google and click on the site)

NB: Ensure you have the following scanned PDF documents which you will
attach to complete the application process:

· Birth Certificate

· National ID

· Qualifications (‘O’ and ‘A’ Level, Tertiary and Professional)


· CV

· Application Letter

Attachments should be in PDF format and should be scanned individually.

STEP 2

· First time users: click on Click here to Register- here you will be creating a
Zimconnect Account where you access online services from various
Government departments.

✓ Fill out the form and submit.

✓ A unique registration code will be sent to you via SMS.

✓ Enter the code on the Zimconnect platform and submit. You will
immediately logged in into the system.

· If you already have a Zimconnect Account, Login. Do not put the hyphen on
your ID number (63123456D63).

STEP 3

Once logged in:

✓Click on Public Service Commission from the list Organisations that offer
Government Services Online.

✓Click on Application for Employment the Civil Service if you are a first time
applicant

❖ None Teaching applicants choose New Candidate Registration option

✓If you want to make changes to an existing application, click on Update


Applicant Details.
STEP 4

· Save application and wait for confirmation of successful application. Take


note of the Applicant Number provided thereof.

· Click on Proceed to Uploads Page and upload your PDF documents


individually. This is the last stage of the registration process.
