RESPONSIBILITIES
Promotes the development of the Scout Group.
Ensures compliance with the Group Plan approved by the Group Council.
Promotes the personal development of adult members of the Scout Group
Ensure the training of the adult members of the Scout Group
Ensures the implementation of the decisions of the Group Council.
Ensure compliance with the Adult Resources Policy
Stay updated and trained according to the standards set by the Association for the performance of its
functions
Ensure the update of the inventory book
Keeps the District Council informed about the progress of the Group and its Units.
Incentivizes with his personal example and the fulfillment of the Promise and the Scout Law.
Ensures compliance with the Association's Policies in all aspects of the Group's actions.

Promotes the relationships and participation of the leaders and Units of the Group in the teams and activities.

To ensure the application of the Religious Policy of the Association throughout the scope of the Scout Group.
Ensure the incorporation and active participation of Religious Advisors and those in charge of the
Confessional Commissions of Religious Education, according to their respective Terms of Reference. For
the case in which it is a confession that has not yet constituted a Confessional Commission or Confessional Team of
Religious Training, the Group Leader must notify the National Advisor of Religious Training, so that
this will establish direct contact with the respective religious authorities and coordinate with them the care
particular of the religious upbringing of the beneficiary or adult involved.
Ensure that the Group interacts with entities and institutions in the community where it operates.
Ensure the execution of management and support actions that are necessary in activities carried out.

Keeps the Group Council informed of all initiatives, plans, and actions of the District or the Level

TASKS
Calls and presides over the meetings of the Group Council and

completed the steps required by the Recruitment process
Supervise the task of the leaders who perform functions in the Group.
Signs and supervises all documentation issued by the Group
Actively and regularly participate in the District Council meetings and in others where applicable.
Maintains a close relationship with the Sponsoring Institution, when it exists.
Maintains appropriate communication with the families of the young members of the Group
