YouTube Video to Long PDF Conversion Guide

Step 1: Open the YouTube video in a web browser. Use Chrome for best results.
Avoid using the YouTube mobile app.

Step 2: Click the three dots under the video title and select 'Show transcript'. This
reveals the full spoken content.

Step 3: Disable timestamps inside the transcript menu to keep the text clean.

Step 4: Select the entire transcript using Ctrl + A and copy it using Ctrl + C.

Step 5: Paste the copied transcript into Google Docs or Microsoft Word.

Step 6: Clean the text by removing repetitions and breaking it into sections such as
Variables, Functions, Arrays, etc.

Step 7: Expand each section by adding explanations, simple examples, and


practice questions.

Step 8: Format the document like a textbook using proper headings, spacing, and
fonts.

Step 9: Export the document as a PDF using the Download or Save As option.
