1. INTRODUCCIÓN

The Master's Program in Public Management at the Francisco de Miranda National Experimental University is one of the most Programs
currently in demand. This is mainly due to the growing need for the public sector, at all levels, to improve its capacity to

4. LEGAL BASIS OF THE PROJECT

Transversal axes are tools that bring the curriculum closer to everyday life, which implies that they are constructed based on

In the academic field, specifically in Postgraduate Programs, that need becomes apparent when understanding
that its ultimate goal is the training of social researchers who will be responsible for generating new
scientific knowledge. Moreover, if universities are driven to develop work in the communities

The Curricular Unit will be taught in a semi-presential format, therefore, the facilitator's presentations will be

The evaluation planning will be agreed upon with the participants, under the evaluation standards of UNEFM.

6. CURRICULAR MANAGEMENT

6.8. Admission

The curriculum of the Master's Program in Public Administration will be managed by the Directorate of Postgraduate Programs of the Technology Area.

Every applicant, without exception, must undergo a pre-registration process; for which, they will fill out an application form, which will be provided to them at the Dean's Office or

Certified copy by the UNEFM Secretariat of the undergraduate degrees.

6.3.- Selection

The selection process will have as its main objective to ensure, as much as possible, that candidates pursuing the Postgraduate program have a high
probability of success in their studies, meeting the academic requirements of the Program and aligning with the goals and objectives of the Postgraduate.
The selection process will be handled by a committee designated by the Graduate Area at the request of the Graduate Director of the Area.
Technology. This committee will be composed of three (3) members, who will be responsible for the planning, control, and evaluation of the process in which it
consider the following stages:
a) Credential evaluation, aimed at exploring the applicant's professional training and experience.
b) Personal interview, with the purpose of exploring attitudinal traits, maturity, ease and clarity of expression of ideas, receptiveness to criticism.

6.4. Registration

6.5. Induction Workshop

This activity will aim to familiarize the future participant with the structure and regulations of the university in such a way that they can face it with
high probability of success, the development of the curriculum of the postgraduate program. Fundamentally, it is expected:
- Familiarize the future participant with the aims and principles of the University and the Postgraduate Program.
- Facilitate opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experiences in the field of postgraduate study.
- Cooperate with the future participant to identify their needs, expectations, and possibilities regarding the level of demand of the course.

6.6.- Criteria for Permanence

The continuation of students from one academic period to another will be conditioned by obtaining a cumulative academic index of no less than
fifteen (15) points. The participant who does not achieve the mentioned academic index value will progress to the next period as a 'conditional' participant. If
after this period, if they do not achieve the minimum of fifteen (15) of accumulated academic index, they will be excluded from the postgraduate program and lose the right to
degree. The Graduate Studies Monitoring and Control Unit will inform participants about their Cumulative Academic Indexes at the end of each
period.
The participant who wishes to withdraw from the Postgraduate program must submit a written request to the Program Head. The withdrawal will take effect from the date of completion.
