1 GENERAL The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).
Wherever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).

CONTRACT PRICE AND CONTRACT STRUCTURE The contract price shall be unit price in Indian Rupees

3 CONTRACT PRICE VARIATION FROM THE BID


OPENING DATE
The Bid Price shall remain valid till for 90 days and the contract price shall thereafter remain FIRM till the tenancy of the contract or Final Acceptance.
