Sorry I didn't mention that Initially, I had a plan to sell the house through real
estate, but they were not serious simply because they had a lot of houses to lease
out, and they added some money to the rent while their commission was not fair.
Once I secure a responsible tenant, I will remove any existing "for sale" signs.
There's no need to contact the agents for any reason, as I no longer have any
agreement with them.
