Interviewee 1: Pimsuwan Klomkliang

Interviewer 1: Hi! It’s Pimsuwan Klomkliang, right? I’m Suphaauksorn Tuisi, HR. representative
here at 18 Studio.
Interviewee 1: Nice to meet you.
Interviewer 1: You, too. Right, Can you tell me about yourself? Mentioning where you graduated
from and your graduated project.
Interviewee 1: I graduated from King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok with
a degree in Faculty of Architecture and Design. So, I design and created a hospital for my
graduation project.
Interviewer 1: What did you learn from the task?
Interviewee 1: I learned about how hospital staff utilize the various rooms for their work and
how each zone is clearly divided to ensure that patients recive treatment as quickly as possible
and avoid confusion when using the survices.
Interviewer 1: Why do you want to work here?
Interviewee 1: I’m interested in your company because its outstanding track record on important
projects and numerous awards.
Interviewer 1: What do you think your strengths are?
Interviewee 1: I am a punctual person and work well under pressure.
Interviewer 1: What’s your greatest weakness?
Interviewee 1: I am not very confident in communicating.
Interviewer 1: What are you future goals in the next 5 years?
Interviewee 1 I Plan to improve my skills and contribute to the organization’s development.
Interviewer 1: Why would you like to work at 18 Studio?
Interviewee 1: Well, I think my skills are a good fit for your company, and since your company
is a startup, I want to be a part of helping it grow.
Interviewer 1: Do you have any questions for us?
Interviewee 1: Does this position offer opportunities to work on challenging and important
projects?
Interviewer 1: Yes, there is a chance but it will depend on the project timing and the employee’s
availability.
Interviewer 1: Ok, I think that enough for today. it been lovely talking to you, Pimsuwan. I’m
very impressed with your background and your passion for the industry.
Interviewee 1: Yes, you’re welcome.
Interviewer 1: Ok, we should be able to make a dicision by Friday morning. HR. will send an

identity for buildinge in the housing devalopment business for my graduationprojects.
Interviewer 1: What did you learn from this project, and who did you work with?
Interviewee 1: I Learn about real estate branding, digital marketing, content marketing, social
media marketing, and branding strategies of leading real estate companies I also worked with
professional engineers. It was a very good experience.
Interviewer 1: Why do you want to work here? What makes you interested in our company?
Interviewee 1: I’m interested in your company because its outstanding track record on important
projects and numerous awards. I also want new work experience to improve myself.
Interviewer 1: What do you think your strengths are?
Interviewee 1: I am a work well in a team and handle pressure effectively.
