A NoSQL database does not rely on fixed tables and is designed for large-scale,
flexible and unstructured data. This database is perfect for this scenario because
it is capable of real time analytics, handling a high volume of data and complex
data like text, images and videos. The database can store different types of data
like social media posts, emails, videos or chat messages. There are four types of
these databases like unstructured (free text and social posts), Semi-structured
(JSON and flexible schemas), Structured (profiles) and multimedia databases
(images and documents). (Smallcombe, 2024) The 3 v’s in this situation are
volume (Millions of users creating posts, comments and likes), velocity (Instant
updates on likes, shares, and live streams) and variety (Text posts, images,
videos, VR content and emojis). (Lutkevich, 2023)
