He was conscious and co-operative. Rapport could be established. Eye to eye contact was
found to be good. He was found to be restless and impulsive.

The CPM measures nonverbal skills that involve making meaning out of confusion; the
ability to forge largely nonverbal constructs that make it easy to handle complexity.

The CPM standard score indicates 85,that the child has average low nonverbal ability. His
percentile rank indicates that he is at 25, Percent of scores obtained by children in this test.
On reading Test, he has difficulty significant in reading, not able to identify alphabets
and numbers ,
On writing – poor hand writing, slowness and spatial difficulty noted.
On spelling – spelling errors, auditory discrimination difficulties,( b& d confusion)
his spelling age was placed at 5 years and Grade at LKG std level.
On ADHD Rating scale – parent version, he has both inattention and
hyperactivity..

Intellectual Functioning.
On Specific Learning Disability Assessment, he has difficulty in reading and
spelling. He has Attention deficit hyperactivity which interferes with the academic activities.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Parental counseling-
He would benefit from attention enhancing therapy and remedial class. OR one to
one remedial tutoring.

[Link] is a 7 years old male who was referred with the complaints
of difficulty in concentration and learning . On the IQ assessment he obtained
an IQ of 87 , which falls into the category of Low Average Intellectual
Functioning.
On Specific Learning Disability Assessment, he has difficulty in
reading and spelling. He has Attention deficit hyperactivity with lack of
communication which interferes with the academic activities.
He has been attending the therapy session - weekly 3 days for the
past 3 months but not regularly. He still needs therapy session one more year.
