Then, guiding them through their new tasks:
For HR interns:
(This week, your task is to write a Recruitment Proposal. This is a plan to hire interns from
universities in the Central Asia region. You need to choose which universities to target and
explain how you will find and select the best students.)
Your plan must cover:
- Which universities to target: Please select between 10 to 20 universities from across
Central Asia, such as Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, or Turkmenistan.
- How to contact them. Find the main email addresses or contact points for these
universities.
- How to tell them about our internship. Create a clear email template to send to them.
- The selection process. Explain how you will choose the best interns. This can include
steps such as reviewing applications, conducting interviews, or using assessments.
Your proposal should be well-organized and practical so that anyone reading it could understand
and follow your plan.
How to write your proposal:
- Choose universities in Central Asia.
- Plan emails.
- Think about what students want to know.
- Plan a fair selection process.

For Global Relations intern:
(This week, we’re moving on to a new task, and that is creating a Global Relations Proposal.
You’ll design a five-day program in South Korea, including the schedule, goals, and activities
for each day.)
Your plan must include:
- The goal of the program. Why are we doing this?
- A schedule for 5 days. For all five days, split into morning, afternoon, and evening
sessions.
- Places to visit and people to meet. Think of both professional and cultural sites.
- A simple budget to estimate costs like travel, accommodation, meals, and entry fees.
- How the program helps build relationships between our organization and partners in
South Korea.
To get started, I recommend doing some research on South Korea, looking into key industries,
cultural sites, and potential partners that align with our work.
How to write your proposal:
- Research South Korea.
- Plan each day: morning, afternoon, evening.
- Include both business meetings and cultural visits.
- Think about costs.
The deadline for the proposal is Thursday, December 25th, at 5:00 PM, and you’ll present your
ideas in our meeting on Saturday, December 27th. The link will be sent to you shortly.

helps a community. You need to explain what problem you will solve, what activities you will

- Who you want to help. Such as children, elderly residents, or a specific neighborhood.
- What activities you will do. Like workshops, clean-up events, or awareness campaigns.
- Who will help you. This could include volunteers, local organizations, or sponsors.
- How you will know if the project is successful. For instance, the number of people
helped, surveys, or visible improvements.
To get started, think about a real community challenge that matters to you. Then, plan clear
steps, a simple timeline, and consider what resources, like budget or people, you might need.
