Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Developer

Location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur


Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Founded in 2004, our client is a leading IT software house specializing in innovative


software solutions and professional IT services. As pioneers in the mutual fund industry,
they developed one of the first investment portals enabling customers and agents to
conduct seamless online transactions, setting the standard for digital transformation in
financial & insurance services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and deploy comprehensive software solutions across front-end
and back-end systems.

• Collaborate closely with team leads, business analysts, and QA engineers to ensure
project requirements are met.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within applications to maintain optimal


performance.

• Embrace agile development practices and continuously enhance technical skills.

• Flexibly contribute extra effort when project deadlines demand extended work
hours.

Required Technical Skills:


• At least 5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

• Strong proficiency in building Web Applications and Web APIs using C# .NET 8.0+
and Entity Framework.

• Solid experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design and optimization.

• Hands-on knowledge of Redis Cache and RabbitMQ for performance and


messaging solutions.

• Understanding of Clean Architecture, CQRS patterns, and code-first


development methodologies.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript, and


jQuery.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:


• Basic understanding of containerization technologies like Docker.

• Exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native development practices.

• Awareness of DevOps workflows, continuous integration, and deployment


pipelines.
• Fundamental knowledge of code security scans and penetration testing
concepts.

• Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous.
