Daily Stress Relief Routine
Morning Routine (15–20 min)
• Wake up and take 6 slow deep breaths.
• Drink 1 glass of warm water.
• Do 5-minute gentle stretching (neck rotation, shoulder circles, cat-cow, hip opening).
• Stand in sunlight for 3–5 minutes.
• Eat a small healthy breakfast.
Afternoon Routine (5–10 min)
