1. Annual Science Exhibition at ABC School

November in the school auditorium. The event was inaugurated
by Dr. R. Sharma, Chief Guest, and Principal Mrs. P. Verma
welcomed the participants. Students from classes 9 to 12
displayed innovative projects on robotics, environment, and
renewable energy. A special feature was a live demonstration of
a water purification model. Visitors appreciated the creativity
and practical knowledge shown by students. Judges evaluated
the projects and selected winners for awards. The exhibition
encouraged scientific curiosity and promoted practical learning
among students. The Principal congratulated all participants
and emphasized the importance of innovation in education. The
event concluded with a vote of thanks by the student
coordinator. Overall, the exhibition was informative, inspiring,
and successfully highlighted students’ scientific talent.
2. Annual Sports Day at XYZ School

XYZ School celebrated its Annual Sports Day on 10th January at
the school playground. The event commenced with a march
past by students, followed by a speech from the Principal
highlighting the importance of physical fitness. Various
competitions such as races, long jump, and relay races were
organized for different age groups. Students showcased
excellent sportsmanship and enthusiasm. The chief guest, Mr.
S. Rao, distributed medals and certificates to the winners.
Teachers and parents appreciated the efforts of participants.
Special awards were given for outstanding performance. The
event concluded with a closing speech emphasizing teamwork,
discipline, and healthy competition. The Sports Day
successfully motivated students to participate actively in sports
and contributed to their overall development.
3. Cleanliness Drive Under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan

under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. Students, teachers, and
volunteers participated enthusiastically. The drive aimed to
promote awareness about hygiene, proper waste disposal, and
environmental cleanliness. Participants cleaned classrooms,
corridors, school playgrounds, and surrounding areas. Banners
and posters were displayed to educate people about the
importance of cleanliness. Local residents appreciated the
initiative and joined the efforts. The Principal addressed the
participants, highlighting the significance of maintaining
cleanliness for a healthy life. The event concluded with

4. Blood Donation Camp at XYZ School

August in collaboration with the Red Cross Society. The event
began with a welcome address by the Principal, followed by a
briefing on the importance of blood donation. Around 50
volunteers, including senior students and teachers, donated
blood under the supervision of medical staff. Safety and
hygiene measures were strictly followed. The event also
included a motivational speech by Dr. R. Kumar on the
significance of saving lives through blood donation. Certificates
of appreciation were given to all donors. The Principal thanked
the organizers and participants for their valuable contribution.
The camp successfully promoted social responsibility and
awareness among students, encouraging them to participate in
such noble causes.
5. Inter-School Debate Competition at XYZ School

August in the school auditorium. Students from five schools
participated and expressed their views on the topic “Social
Media: Boon or Bane.” The event was inaugurated by the
Principal, followed by a speech by the chief guest, Mr. R.
Sharma, emphasizing the importance of public speaking.
Participants showcased confidence, research, and critical
thinking skills. A panel of judges evaluated performances and
selected winners for awards. The audience actively engaged in
the discussions. The Principal congratulated the winners and
appreciated the efforts of all participants. The competition
enhanced students’ communication, analytical, and leadership
skills. It was a successful event that promoted healthy
competition and intellectual growth among students.
6. Road Accident Near XYZ School

near XYZ School at 3 PM. A speeding car collided with a
motorcycle, injuring the rider and a pedestrian. Immediate help
