Begin with a brief introduction.

Appreciate them for their time and effort, and explain to them the
purpose of the interview.

Kindly let him/her introduce himself/herself, including his/her occupation and


current/past work location as an OFW

Avoid questions that are answerable with a yes or no. Encourage them to tell their story and listen
actively.
