Respected Sir,
With due respect, I would like to inform you that I, a student of the
Department of Human Resource Management, will be unable to attend
classes from December 19 to 22, 2025. I have been selected to
participate in the 11th International INSEARCH Conference on
Governance, which will take place on December 20–21, 2025 at BARD,
Cumilla, Bangladesh.
As part of my participation, my research abstract has been accepted for
the conference. I am attaching both the abstract and the conference
schedule for your kind reference.
Attending this conference will significantly enhance my academic
learning and research exposure. Therefore, I kindly request you to grant
me leave for the mentioned dates. I assure you that I will make up for
any missed classes or coursework immediately upon my return.
