IDP Education India Private Limited (“IDP”)
I understand that IDP relies on the information I provide in good faith to match with the characteristics and published entry requirements of
education institutions they represent. I understand that I am solely responsible for choosing the education institutions and the final decision
1 regarding my admission rests with the relevant education institution itself.
I pledge to maintain highest standards of integrity in all interactions with IDP. I confirm that the documents and information submitted by me
in my application are genuine, true and complete. I understand submitting false, forged, or misleading documents is a serious offence
punishable by law, including imprisonment. I also acknowledge that such actions may result in termination of my admission offer or enrolment,
2 forfeiture of refund or other disciplinary actions by the education institution.
I acknowledge that IDP provides services free of charge and I will make direct payments to relevant parties such as education institutions, visa
or other authorities, banks and financial institutions, third-party service providers for services rendered to me, as applicable, without any
3 liability from IDP.
I agree to promptly notify IDP at studentescalations@[Link] if I discover or suspect that any of its staff, officials, employees, representatives
4 or anyone acting on its behalf are engaged in bribery, corruption, illegal gain or other unethical behaviour.
I must immediately notify IDP if any information in my application is incorrect or if there are any changes in my circumstances, including
5 financial situation, that is relevant to my application or ability to support myself.
6 I declare that I have never breached the condition of any visa type for entry into Canada or any other country.
I authorize IDP to contact any person, institution or organization named in my application or supporting documents and authorize IDP and
those entities to disclose any relevant information about me for verifying my application and supporting documents, without any obligation
7 on IDP to do so.
I confirm that I have sufficient funds to support my education and living expenses for the duration of my studies in Canada. I acknowledge
8 that I may need to submit additional documents to confirm my ability to meet all the necessary expenses as directed on IRCC website.
I understand that upon acceptance of the unconditional offer, I am obliged to comply with the terms, conditions, and policies of the
institution such as a) Refund policy of tuition fee; b) Transfer from the institution granting offer; c) Change of program policy, d) Deferral
9 policy.
I confirm that the decision to study in Canada is my own and while in Canada I must abide by all applicable laws and regulations such as
10 working restrictions, academic performance, satisfactory attendance, and all other conditions of my student visa.
I understand IDP collects my personal information to facilitate my request for obtaining information on study opportunities at education
institutions in Canada. I understand I will have reasonable access to my personal information held by IDP and can request corrections to

I understand that I am solely responsible for the accuracy of my visa application and will submit all required documents and information
directly to IRCC under the correct visa category. IDP shall in no way be held accountable for the outcome of my visa application as IRCC is the
12 sole decision-making authority.
I understand that IDP plays only a facilitative role in this process. I am responsible for conducting due diligence on the institution I wish to
join. I am solely responsible for resolving any issue or grievance such as in relation to outcome of my application, the course choice and
suitability, its content, structure, duration, fee or any other charges (including any refund claim thereof), passing criteria, validity of
certification, stability of the education institution, standard of education, deferral, cancellation of admission or enrolment etc. with education
13 institution directly. I shall not involve or hold IDP responsible in any such matters.
