Step 1: Install Required Software
Download and install Proteus and Arduino IDE on your PC/Laptop.

Step 2: Add Arduino Libraries
Copy [Link] and [Link] files to the Proteus LIBRARY folder.

Step 3: Add Devices in Proteus
Open Proteus, click device button, and search 'Arduino'.

Step 3.1: Pick Arduino UNO R3
Select Arduino UNO R3 from the device list.

Step 3.2: Add LED Device
Select an LED from device list (Red/Blue/Green).

Step 3.3: Add Resistor
Select resistor from device list.

Step 4: Place Components
Add Arduino UNO, LED, and resistor to schematic.

Step 4.1: Add Ground
Use Terminals Mode to add GROUND.

Step 4.2: Update Resistor Value
Change resistor value to 220 ohms.

Step 5: ATMEGA328P Settings
Click Arduino board IC to edit properties.

Step 6: Open Blink Program
Select File → Examples → Basics → Blink.

Step 6.1: Blink Code
Blink code uses LED_BUILTIN pin 13.

Step 7: Enable Compilation
Go to Preferences and enable verbose output during compilation.

Step 7.1: Compile and Upload
Run Blink program to generate HEX file.

Step 7.2: Copy HEX Path
Copy the temporary HEX file path.

Step 8: Add HEX to Proteus
Paste copied HEX path to Program File in Arduino properties.

Step 9: Save Configuration
Click OK after pasting HEX path.

Step 10: Run Simulation
Run simulation in Proteus to test Blink project.

Final Result
The LED connected to pin 13 will blink successfully!
