Theory Course Code: CS-102 Theory Course Name: Programming Using C L T P

Course Offered in: CSE/IT/CS-AI/CS-AIML/CS-DS/EC 3 1 0

Course Objectives:
To introduce the students to the concepts of programming, gaining experience about structured programming, understanding the implementation of C
language and its vast scope in various fields of computer science.
Course Outcome: After completion of the course, the student will be able to
1. To be able to identify [L1: Remember] and abstract the programming logic involved for the given computational problem by writing
algorithm/pseudo code.
2. To be able to Explain [L2: Understand] the C programming constructs such as data types (primitive and non-primitive), operators,
conditions and looping, modular programming, array, pointer, preprocessor directives and file management.
3. To be able to Apply [L3: Apply] the C programming constructs such as data types (primitive and non-primitive), operators, conditions and
looping, modular programming, array, pointer, preprocessor directives and file management.
4. To be able to Analyze [L4: Analysis] various C programming constructs.
