Hiring Process
Note: - Make sure to read all the steps carefully and then apply.
Please send us one passport-sized picture, an updated CV/Resume, qualification documents,
nursing degree/diploma, experience certificates, passport-sized photo, and personal ID proof.
1 :- Your documents will be checked and sent to the Etihad Airways HR department for
eligibility check, and if you are selected, the company will send you an official confirmation
letter.
2 :- After receiving the confirmation letter, it is necessary to print it out, sign it, and send it
back to us.
3 :- The service fee for our company (Fly Career) is INR 5,250, and it's refundable, Once
payment is made, you will receive a payment invoice and confirmation for the first round of
interviews.
4: - The first round of the interview will be an online test that will be conducted after the
payment of fee.
5: - The second round of the interview will be a telephonic interview (on call) with the HR of
the airline.
6: - After the second round of the interview, if the candidate passes, they will receive the
Letter of Intent (Offer Letter) and Letter of Training, if they don't pass the interview they will
get their refundable fee back, and application will be cancelled.
7:- The next process is verifications, documents verification, police verification, and civil record
verification.
8: - Once your verifications are done, we'll send you the contract letter and begin working on
your employment visa, In order to apply for the visa, you have to undergo medical tests and
send us the reports.
9:- Our next step is to wait for the visa until we help you with the necessary preparation, such
as opening a bank account, insurance, and obtaining medical authorization.
10:- Once we receive your visa, we will organize your training dates, reserve flight tickets, and
join you in the same position as the candidates in the group.
If there will be any change or requirement in the process we'll update you on time.

Certainly! Airline/aeromedical/paramedical nursing staff, also known as flight nurses or
transport nurses, play a crucial role in providing medical care during emergency air transport.
Here are the key aspects of their job description:
Duty Hours:- A medical nurse's duty hours are 8 hours per day with a 45-minute lunch break.
There are 6 working days per week. Each year, you can take 24 days of casual leave and. This
job is based on a 2-year contract and it is renewable.
Emergency Patient Care: Flight nurses provide comprehensive and specialized patient care
during air transportation.
Team Collaboration: They work alongside a team of medical professionals, including
paramedics and physicians, to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of patients to
medical facilities.
Flights Types: Flight nurses may work at airports or on flights depending on the
situation. The types of flights will include transport services for travelers, an airline,
and a commercial flight.
Critical Care: Their primary role encompasses assessing, stabilizing, and treating patients
during emergency evacuations or transfers between medical facilities.
Evaluate Patient Needs: Flight nurses assess the condition of patients being transported in
helicopters or planes.
Provide Nursing Care: They deliver advanced patient care during the flight, ensuring
stability and comfort.
Ensure Safety: Flight nurses prioritize patient safety and adhere to in-flight protocols.
Manage Equipment and Medications: They handle necessary supplies, medications, and
equipment throughout the journey.
To put it briefly, flight nurses are in charge of checking vital signs, keeping records,
administering medication, performing medical procedures, and other tasks. Airplanes often
have flight physicians who assist nurses in caring for patients, but if there is no flight physician
on board, a flight nurse takes over.
Salary and Benefits.
1: Salary depends on your experience in the industry starting from 5000 AED.
Fresher salary: 5000 - 7000AED
0-3 years’ experience salary: 7000 - 9000AED
4-7 years’ experience salary: 9000 -11000 AED
7-10 years’ experience salary: 11000 - 15000 AED
2:- The company will pay for the cab, meal, accommodation, and transportation, making it
free for the employee.
3:If you plan on bringing your family, the company will provide accommodation for one
employee, spouse, and children. Additionally, the company will only provide a visa.
4: The company will provide medical and health insurance for employees and their families
through Max Life Healthcare.
5: Free Flights - Free domestic flights and discounted international travel are frequently
enjoyed by airline employees and their family members.
Service Charges and Security
1:- After receiving your offer letter, you need to submit an embassy visa fee of INR 35,500/-,
which is equivalent to 1560 AED, to apply for employment visa at the Embassy.
2 : Once you have received the contract letter and visa, you must submit the remaining
charges, and your visa and ticket will be given to you. Remaining charges will be INR
45,500/- which is 1,957/- AED.
Your expenses for the process will be refunded to you either in the first month of your
contract or after the completion of your training period.
The total service charges will be around INR 85,500/- (Registration fee 52,50 + Embassy fee
35,500 + service charges 45,500) which is equivalent to 3680 AED. These charges are taken
just for security purpose and are totally refundable.
