INTRODUCTION

The way to deepen inclusive education is that it must be taken or

considered as an implementation in the education system from a diverse approach

inclusive, but not exclusive, since educating from diversity and inclusion is a

duty of formal and non-formal education, rescuing all of the students' potential without

import your social, economic, cultural, religious, sexual status among others.

For this reason, a thorough analysis must be conducted on how to educate,

including more no, excluding, inclusive education has become a phenomenon

of significant social, cultural, and political implications for the future of all

humanity.

In this same vein, it is worth highlighting that inclusive education has had a

direct impact on the cultural and social development of human beings all over the

World, without any exception, will have the opportunity to reflect on facts and

social phenomena with a deep human sense, such as the development of the

knowledge society, the achievement of excellence in today's society, the orientation

of the current human being towards personal development, social and cultural diversity, moving through

due to the challenges faced by current educational systems and institutions,

as well as other aspects of an individual nature related to quality of life, well-being and

the search for identity and happiness of human beings, based on the

the need to develop an inclusive education based on values and ethical principles.
DEVELOPMENT

The present reflection on why to delve into inclusive education is based

considering that inclusive education is a process aimed at

responding to the diversity and inclusion of students with educational needs

special, it must guide a curriculum based on educational public policies. In this

in the same line of thought, it is important to highlight that inclusive education and attention to the

Diversity must be recognized as the importance of social development.

According to the above, it is important to highlight that everything is aimed at providing an education.

of quality to the students, reminding that it should be inclusive and diverse regardless

the capabilities of each one, since inclusive education not only covers children and young people

but also to adults, with and without disabilities or difficulties including and being diverse

with those who have special educational needs so that they can learn together in

the various institutions.

In this same line of thought, it is important to emphasize that inclusive education is the foundation.

fundamental to diversity, is based on including students regardless of their condition

physical and intellectual. Thus recognizing that education is a right that they have

human beings should be prioritized from a comprehensive and reciprocal approach, highlighting that we

it must include more not exclude people.

According to the above, it should be said that the integration and inclusion of children and

young people in the educational system with and without disabilities or even with difficulties in

learning is expected to require special actions and adaptation to the system.

Regarding the above, Arnaiz, Guirao, and Linares (2003) state that: There is no doubt

que vivimos en una sociedad de un marcado carácter competitivo. En efecto, nos

we encounter certain social models that, based on the postulates of the

competitiveness and extreme meritocracy inevitably lead to the configuration

from a social orientation scenario (...). This is, therefore, one of the commitments

more transcendental than the school must assume and that, in no way, can be overlooked

That is why education is called to generate a social transformation and

cultural, based on educational policies and practices aimed at providing

fair and equitable opportunities regardless of their economic, social,

cultural and inherent or acquired capabilities.

In this sense, it can be stated that currently systems should be called

educational programs so that they move away from the traditional role and transform based on quality

in education, which over time has been measured by indicators such as:

School system coverage, infrastructure, budget, coherence between

education and the development model, cost-benefit relationship, academic performance

retention, school drop-out, teacher-student relationship per classroom, the quality of

teacher evaluated in terms of titles, training courses, diplomas, and management

of information and communication technologies.

CONCLUSIONS

Education is the instrument through which thinking and the

human capabilities, where the education process begins from

behavior, therefore it must be said that the teaching staff should delve into the

ways or strategies for inclusion, to achieve the inclusion of every child and young person with needs

special education, under conditions of vulnerability, without social and economic distinction

that are linked to the formal and informal education process, with the objective

proposal to have a more inclusive and diverse country.
