EXCLUSION
1. Any structure other than in the scope of works other than above mentioned like Canopy, Demolition, Doors &
windows, Glass works,, Canopy over Stairs, Hand Rails for Balcony, Rolling shutters, Man Entry, Lift etc.
2. ACP work, Inside Partition walls and Glass Works excluded.
3. Permit drawing, Staad Structural Drawing & Stability certificate charges will be additional.
FACILITIES TO BE PROVIDED BY CLIENT
1. Secured space for fabrication and erection of structure.
2. Uninterrupted three phase power supply with adequate capacity near at site free of cost.
3. Permission for using hoisting equipment or Crane for lifting of materials at desired locations at the time of work.

STRUCTURE DETAILS
With reference to the above quotation and subsequent discussion with us.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The above rates are including steel materials, roof sheet, fixing accessories, tools and tackles, erection materials,
Fasteners (bolt & nut), paint, & Labour Charges.
2. The Validity of the Quotation is for a period 15 days.
3. Payment terms:
50% Advance along with work order.
35% of the cost value before starting erection of Structure.
10% of the cost value when erection is completed.
5% on completion of work.
4. Work completion by 30 days after the agreement (Approx.)
5. The above price includes Transportation Charges, Loading/Unloading, Labour Safety/Insurance.
6. If any alteration in the design or extra work after confirmation will be charged.
7. Tax & Duties: 70% of the Total Contract is Material including GST, 30% will be Labour excluding GST 18% which should be
directly hand-overed to Labour in charge.
8. Measurement: Roof Slope area after completion of work, accordingly sqft. rate will be applicable.
