- Slow Babies: Move the record forward/backward with small, controlled motions. Fader open.
- Stabs: Hit a single sound cleanly with fader cuts.

Technique Drills (6–8 min)

- Stab → Baby: Hit a stab, then immediately a small baby scratch.
- Chirps: Open/close fader while moving record forward/back slightly.
- Stab → Chirp: Combine a stab with a chirp immediately after.

Beginner Pattern Practice (4–5 min)

Repeat slowly, then on beat:
1. Stab → Baby
2. Chirp
3. Baby
4. Stab → Chirp
- Start slow (2 min), gradually increase tempo (2–3 min).
- Focus on clean sounds and timing, not speed.
