The Work to be carried out by the Contractor is Mentioned Below:

SPECIFICATIONS:
1.​ Demolition of walls.
2.​ Brick Masonry of 9” thick for Outside Walls in CM 1:6 & 4” thick Partition walls
in CM 1:4 Using Ginigera Bricks for Each Floor.
3.​ R.C.C through Lintel & cut chejja.
4.​ All Internal & Outside Walls in 1:5 CM, Single coat in Sponge Finish.
5.​ Providing Vitrified Flooring Tiles(Rate Rs 100/-Sft) in Bedrooms.
6.​ Providing Glazed tiles in Bathrooms(Rs 60/Sft) upto 10’ height.
7.​ Providing Anti-Skid Flooring tiles (Rs 45/sft) in Bathrooms.
8.​ Materials to be used : Cement-A.C.C/Ultratech ,Steel-Kamadenu [Link]-
Gingera.

CHAUKATS AND WINDOWS:

Main doors 2 no’s 3’6”x7’ with reel wood frame, wood size 3”x5” teak
shutters of 11/2” thickness.
Bath doors 4 no’s 2’6”X 7’ With WPC frames of size 3” X 4” With Shutters
of Flush Doors (cost Rs.5000/- per door including
frame).

WINDOWS AND VENTILATORS:


Providing UPVC Windows with 3 track sliding windows with 2 number galss
shutters and one mosquito mesh of Eureka Company(450/Sft) 4mm clear
glass.
Providing ventilator with fan and louvers with mesh.
ELECTRIFICATION:

1.A.E.H Single phase with Polycab or V Guard Cables with Anchor fittings.

2. No of Light Points​ - As per Plan

3. No of Power Points​ - As per Plan

4. No of Plug Points​ - As per Plan

5. K.E.B Deposit to be Paid by the Owner.

SANITARY AND PLUMBING:


1. Providing Washbasin of Parryware Company With Mirror with all Fittings of
(Cost Rs 3000 Each) With Tap of Jal Company (Rs 2000/- Each)

2. Providing Western Commode with Necessary Fittings Wall Mounted (Rs


10,000/- Each).

[Link] Hot & Cold Mixing tap of jaguar or Jal Company in Bathroom with
Shower Jal (Rs 7000/- Each).

4. Providing Aluminium towel Rails in all Bathrooms.

PAINTING WORKS:
Inside Walls​ : Two Coat Jsw putty & Two coat of Jsw Aurus Regal Interiors.

Outside Walls​ : One coat of White Primer & Two coats of Jsw Aurus Regal
Exteriors.
FABRICATION WORK:

Window grills:

Window grills made with 10mm bars at 4” centre to centre,the weight of grills is 1kg
per sqft of grill.
