01 What is Marketing?
• Marketing: the way a product is designed, tested,
produced, branded, packaged, priced, distributed and
promoted
• It is the process of creating, communicating, delivering
and exchanging offerings that have value for customers,
clients, partners and society
→ It works on managing customer’s relationships to benefit
all of the brand’s stakeholders
