a) Methodology
The methodology of this demolition and reconstruction work consists in determining the
tasks, the tools that will be used and the qualified personnel for this project.:

No. Tasks, tools and qualified personnel


1 Every day start with the safety meeting for all tasks identifying risks, hazards and their management methods
in order to get the job done and for good performance.

2 Start with demolition work in all offices and in the compound, using jackhammer, pickaxe, sanding paper, bit,
wheelbarrow, scraper, metal saws, wood saws, vice. Carried out by masonry technicians and fitters, assisted
by the project engineer.
3 Supply and install 0.8 mm IBR roofing sheets as specified by our customer, using hacksaws, wood saws,
vice, sheet metal cutters and sheet metal vices as materials. Carried out by assembly technicians and fitters,
assisted by the project engineer.
4 Supply, manufacture and install new ceiling structures on all interior offices, using hacksaws, wood saws,
wood and metal as materials. Carried out by boilermaker and carpenter technicians, assisted by the project
engineer.
5 Replace floor tiles on all interior offices and corridors. Using trowel, spade, expansion joint plastic as tools,
materials tiles, cements. Carried out by masonry technicians, assisted by the project engineer.

6 Paint the ceiling, the interior walls of all offices and the exterior walls of the building. Using roller brush, latex
brush and scraper as tools, paint materials and additives. Carried out by the painting technicians, assisted by
the project engineer.

7 Supply and installation of metal and aluminum doors. Using chisels and wood fittings, performed by boilermakers
and masonry technicians, assisted by the project engineer.

8 Supply and installation of glass windows, using chisels and timber fittings, carried out by boilermakers and
masonry technicians assisted by the project engineer.
9 General housekeeping before, during and after work.
b) The QA/QC plan
Our company BARAKA SIFA SERVICES is responsible for providing qualified labor to
ensure the quality and quality control of the renovation, as the project engineer, technical
supervisor, technicians and assistants.
