Perfect!

I’ll now create a 25-day entrance study plan starting June 21, following your custom
daily schedule that includes:

 2 daily sessions of Mathematics

 3 sessions of Science (MCQs + revision/test)

 Daily English and GK sessions

 Cooking and eating breaks from 9:00–10:30 AM

 Afternoon break from 2:00–3:30 PM

I’ll keep the core structure the same but include weekly mock test days, lighter Sundays, and
focused review days near the end.

25-Day Study Schedule (June 21 – July 15, 2025)

This schedule spans 25 days of focused MCQ practice and review for the St. Xavier’s College
Class 11 Science entrance exam. Each day follows the base routine given, with subjects rotated
and special days inserted (weekly mixed-subject mock tests, lighter Sundays, and an intensive
final review week). The plan emphasizes active recall (quizzes and flashcards) and spaced
practice, which improve retention. Short rest breaks and daily walks are built in, as research
shows even brief breaks boost learning efficiency by preventing cognitive fatigue. In the final
days, past entrance-paper MCQs are practiced heavily – a proven “excellent basis for revision” –
to consolidate knowledge and exam readiness.

Day 1 (Sat, June 21) – Start of Week 1

 6:30–7:00 AM: Quick warm-up quiz (review formulas from prior study). Active retrieval
practice like this “strengthens memory connections”.

 7:00–9:00 AM: Mathematics MCQs (e.g. Algebra/Geometry topics).

 9:00–10:00 AM: Cooking break.

 10:00–10:30 AM: Eating break.

 10:30–12:30 PM: Science MCQs – Physics (e.g. kinematics, forces).

 12:30–1:30 PM: Science MCQs – Chemistry (e.g. basic chemistry MCQs).

 1:30–2:00 PM: English MCQs (grammar/vocabulary).

 2:00–3:30 PM: Afternoon break (rest or light nap).

 3:30–4:30 PM: Science revision – practice problems on physics concepts covered earlier.

 4:30–5:30 PM: Math practice – challenge problems or short mock quiz on that
morning’s topics.

 5:30–6:00 PM: Short walk/refresh. (Even a 5-min break can improve later retention by
~40%.)

 6:00–7:00 PM: GK MCQs (current affairs/basic general knowledge).

Each day’s routine follows the structured times given, ensuring consistent practice in all
subjects. Weekly mock exams (Days 7, 14, 21) simulate the full exam experience. Sundays are
lighter, prioritizing review and flashcards (proven to lock in knowledge through retrieval
practice) rather than new content. The final week shifts almost entirely to revision and past-
paper MCQs, which are “an excellent basis for revision”. Short breaks and daily walks are
deliberately scheduled, since research shows such breaks greatly improve learning and reduce
burnout. Overall, this balanced, MCQ-focused plan uses evidence-backed methods (retrieval
practice, spaced review, frequent self-testing) to maximize exam readiness.
