Quantum Maths Trading - One Page Guide
1. Core Formula
Reference Candle = Opening 5-min / First impulse / Breakout candle.
Quantum Range (QR) = High − Low.
Upside: Q1 = High + QR, Q2 = High + 2×QR, Q3 = High + 3×QR.
Downside: Q−1 = Low − QR, Q−2 = Low − 2×QR.
2. How to Use
• Breakout: Close above Q1 → Target Q2. SL below breakout candle.
• Reversal: Rejection at Q2/Q−2 → Target Q1/Q−1. SL beyond wick.
• Zero-to-Hero: Fast move Q1→Q2→Q3 (or downside) → Buy OTM option.
• Confluence: Combine QM with Order Blocks, Fair Value Gaps, OI/Volume.
3. Numeric Example (NIFTY)
Reference High = 26080, Low = 26020 → QR = 60.
Q1 = 26140, Q2 = 26200, Q3 = 26260.
Q−1 = 25960, Q−2 = 25900.
4. Trading Rules
Entry: Candle close at QM level (breakout) or wick rejection (reversal).
Stop Loss: 0.5×QR or beyond rejection/breakout candle.
Targets: Next Quantum Level.
5. Avoid Trading When
• Extreme sideways market
• Major news events (RBI, Fed, Budget)
• Very high IV (for option buyers)
