1.0 GENERALITIES

The purpose of this document is to obtain the building permit for the
private pool of the single-family home located in the district of La Molina
Department of Lima, property of Mr. Javier Oblitas Guevara and Carmen
Vereau Sandoval.

Therefore, the mentioned owners are the ones who will be responsible for the operation,
maintenance and health control of the infrastructure, as well as of the correct
operation of the facilities and services and compliance with the
corresponding legal provisions, address the complaints and demands of the
users.

2.0 APPLICABLE STANDARDS

The project has been developed based on the architectural plans and following the
guidelinesestablishedintheSanitaryRegulationsforSwimmingPools(SupremeDecreeNo.0072003-
SA) and the Health Directive No. 033- MlNSA/DIGESA(R.M. 484-2010-MINSA).

3.0 LOCATION

The swimming pools are part of the comprehensive project 'Single-Family Housing' located in
Jirón Los Pinos 365 - Urb. Camacho - La Molina - Lima.

4.0 GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POOL AND ITS FACILITIES

I.- INTRODUCTION

the health of its users and the community in general, in accordance with what
provided in Supreme Decree No. 007-2003-SA; Sanitary Regulation for Swimming Pools
and the Health Directive No. 033-MlNSA/DIGESA(R.M. 484-2010-MINSA).
The general directorate of the Health Directorate of Lima, through the directorate

VII.- OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
