because it was discovered that the competitions and prizes that it
offers to customers are fake and they do not offer real prizes to
their customers, the company now may be trying to know how it
can solve the problem or may be trying to know how people see it
after this crisis, and are there opportunities to save its reputation
and recover its position.

Case 2: Ford Motor Company is trying to launch and
promote a new car that runs on electricity and saves energy
in the Egyptian market and wants to know a lot of
information about the possibility of its success in doing so.
