Job Description

Job Title: Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:
• Software Development:
Design, develop, and maintain Java based web applications and services. Write clean, efficient, and well-
documented code following best practices.
• API Development:
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using frameworks like Fast API, or Django. Integrate third
-party APIs and services into existing applications.
• Database Management:
Work with relational and No SQL databases to store and retrieve data efficiently. Optimize database queries and
ensure data integrity.
• Testing and Debugging:
Write unit tests, integration tests, and perform debugging to ensure software quality.
• Collaboration:
Work closely with front-end developers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Performance Optimization:
Identify and resolve performance bottle necks in applications. Optimize code for scalability and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in Java Web development.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java and its ecosystem. Experience with version control systems.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Certifications: “Certified Agile Scrum Master” certification from Qatar HRD Council accredited Institute is mandatory
due to compliance.
