COURSE OBJECTIVES:
1. To introduce basic concept of Electronics
2. To study semiconductor, its band-structure, p-type and n-type semiconductor
3. To introduce the concept of P-N junction diode, Zener diode.
4. To learn the concept of BJT, FET and OPAMP.
5. To illustrate the basic concept of logic gates
COURSE OUTCOMES:
