Personal Development Plan (PDP)
A personal development plan is a written record of self-evaluation and improvements, which helps
you achieve academic, personal or career goals. In a broader sense, the process of creating an action
plan based on your values, awareness, reflection, goal-setting and planning as part of your career,
education or self-improvement sum up into a personal development plan.
