REMINDERS TO PARENTS and GUESTS BEFORE THE
PROCESIONAL
Good morning everyone! In a few moments, we are going to start our
graduation ceremonies.
At this point may we envitethe graduating class together with their
parents to go to your respective areas for the processional.
To maintain the solemnity of this occasion, may we request all the guests
to please set their mobile phone to silent mode.
Family and guest are expected to show courtesy by refraining from
leaving their seats in order to take pictures or by talking to our graduates.
May we also request all photographers and other guests to stay away in
the processional area, graduates’ seat and the stage area. We have
official photographers who will take your children’s photos during the
processional and distribution of awards and certificates.

Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of
enthusiasm
The beautiful thing about learning, is that no one can take it away from
you.
Ladies and Gentlemen let us all rise to behold the graduating class of
School year 2022-2023 in their processional.
Let us also welcome our Parents, Teachers, PTA Officials, Barangay
Officials and DepED Representatives.
Let us also welcome the beautiful and stunning administrative staff, our
diligent and lovely faculty members of Cabawan Elementary School ,as
well as our distinguished guest for today.

We humbly request everybody to please remain standing to give honor to
our Philippine Flag to be conducted by our Master Teacher, Maam
Norma C. Doinog and to be followed by the doxology, by the graduating
Class.

Opening
Graduation day is always a day of rejoicing for it marks the conclusion of
an educational journey and the commencement of another more
uncertain and more difficult part of man’s quest for a better life and
future.
Truly, today, signifies the culmination of many years of hardwork in the
relentless pursuit of knowledge: Knowledge that will enable a person to
embrace opportunities and take on challenges with clear vision and
purpose.
To our ever engaging and brilliant Schools Division Superintendent Josita
P. Carmen,Ma’am (we are happy to see you here/again),to our Education
Program Supervisor, Sir Nilo B. Montanio, to our dynamic Public Schools
District-In-Charge ,Gilbert R. Layao, Sir , to our zealous school head
Teresita P. Pontillo, Ma’am , school administrators and staff, faculty
members, Barangay officilas, PTA officials, parents, students, friends,

WELCOME ADDRESS
Today is the day that most parents and students around here have waited
for so long in their life. So without further ado, May I request GESELLE B
SILVERIO, with honors for her welcome address.

PRESENTATION, ATTESTATION AND CONFIMATION
At this moment, to formally present the candidates for graduation, May I
request our dynamic School Head , Maam Teresita P. Pontillo.
And we also meekly request, our PSDI , Sir Gilbert R. Layao to give the
attestation and For the confirmation of the graduates, Sir Nilo

GIVING OF DIPLOMAS AND AWARDS
Today is not just a mere graduation for some , because today they will
also reap what they sow for a couple years. Ladies and gentlemen, the
graduates, receiving their hard-earned diplomas and distribution of
awards and medals.
SO may we request again, the presence of our Sir Nilo [Link] and Sir
Gilbert R. Layao, to be assisted by our Head Teachers Maam Teresita P.
Pontillo.
Congratulations Again Graduates for all efforts you have exerted over 6

At this time, Let us hear our graduates as they sing their tribute song to
their teachers, most specially to their parents for their unmeasurable love
and full support.
It wasn’t only fantastic, but also emotionally and uplifting.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!
Before we officially conclude this event, we would like to convey our
sincerest felicitations to all those who in every way have made this
occasion a success.
To our guests, thank you for gracing this momentous occasion. Your
presence itself an inspiration.
To the school administration, members of faculty and staff, we are truly
grateful for the gift of learning and life experiences you have shared with
the graduates.
To our beloved parents, thank you for being our constant partners. Thank
you for the trust and confidence have been powerful thrust to give the
quality education our youngster deserves.

challenges. We hope that your education coupled with commitment,
