2. PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

IT Project Consultant
Electromechanical Engineer certified as CDCP (Data Center Certified Professional) by EXIN-EPI in the TIA-942 standard,
several years of experience in the design, construction, maintenance and business development of Data Centers, generating
designs and value-added documentation in Data Center projects, theoretical, technical and commercial skills in Data Center
projects, experience in Data Center certification.

Currently, we are collaborating on projects with colleagues from outside Bolivia, both in desktop tasks and remote field support
on electrical issues such as UPS, air conditioners and IT equipment.

3. DATA CENTER DESIGN

Specialist in carrying out the technical and conceptual design of all the regulatory specialties of a Data Center following the
recommendations of the ICREA-Std-131-2023, Uptime Institute and TIA942 standards according to the following specialties:

Electrical System Electrical Installations Electrical System

Mechanical System Air conditioning Mechanical System

The designs are independent of the brands of the equipment to be considered (Vertiv, APC, ATTOM, Eaton, INVT, TrippLite,
Siemon, Rittal, Stulz, Schneider Electric, ATOOM, Delta, EverExceed, SDMO, Socomec, ABB, etc.) under the most optimal
availability level for the project as well as the type of solution according to the following table:

The designs have the scope of generating engineering calculations, quantification of materials budgets, work schedules,
descriptive reports, manuals and essentially 2D/3D plans and models with operation simulation.

4. ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT
The engineering development initially consists of conceptually outlining the design of the Data Center based on the level of
availability (TIER I, TIER II, Level I, Level II, etc.) for the construction of the Data Center and generating the calculations for the
correct operation of all the systems together, electrical power calculations, thermomechanical calculations, calculations of
footage of electrical conductors, mechanical parts, channeling, etc.
The design process of a Data Center is outlined below, starting with the dimensions of the environment where the Data Center
will be built and generating a conceptual design and a 2D plan. Calculations are then made to corroborate the operational
capacities of the electrical, mechanical and electromechanical equipment.

The load tables and construction details are then drawn up:

6. DELIVERABLE DOCUMENTATION AND SCOPE

 Custom Data Center Design  Technical proposals
 Material sizing  Descriptive memories
 Design Plans and As Built Plans  Operating manuals
 Virtual models with simulation  Work schedules
 Pre-Investment Studies  Contingency protocols
 Quantification of materials  Technical reports
 Calculation memories  Execution accompaniment
7. WORKING METHODOLOGY
Information such as room dimensions and photos must be provided. With this information, it is possible to design the Data
Center based on some Data Center regulatory availability classification (example: Level II-ICREA or TIER III-Uptime Institute).
This design would be accompanied by plans, virtual model, virtual tour, quantification of materials and a pre-investment study
with design calculations of all specialties.

It is possible to provide support for an entire project from management for an award to final delivery of the project together with
all documentation.

8. EXAMPLE OF SUCCESS
In the following graphics you can see the initial design on the left, the rendered design in the center and the actual final state of
the project on the right.
