Admin
The Admin module is the control center of the DMS (Dealership
Management System). It gives administrators a clear dashboard to
monitor key business metrics in real time—like sales, revenue, leads,
inventory, services, and regional performance. Admins can quickly switch
views between timeframes (last day, week, month, or year) and track
trends using graphs and statistics.
It also supports:
Sales analytics over 5 years
Inventory tracking by variant
Lead status breakdown
Service progress
Sales by geographical area
Overall, the Admin module helps businesses make smarter decisions by
showing everything important in one easy-to-use dashboard.
1. Dashboard
The DMS Dashboard is your all-in-one view for tracking dealership
performance in real time. Once logged in as an admin, you can instantly
see key business metrics like total sales, revenue, leads, inventory,
service activity, and area-wise performance.
You can filter data by timeframes (last day, week, month, or year) and
view trends with visual graphs, including 5-year sales analysis. It also
breaks down your data by lead status, vehicle stock levels, service
progress, and even shows which areas are driving the most sales. With
this module, you get a clear snapshot of your dealership’s health—helping
you make faster, smarter business decisions.
1.1 Key Features
What the DMS Admin Dashboard Shows
Once you log in as an administrator to the DMS, you'll be presented with

Last Week: View how much business you've conducted over the
last seven days.
Last Month: Get insights into your performance for the previous

graph, making it easy to identify:
