As a Organizational Admin, you have the ability to configure and manage core company

settings that directly reflect on your Investor Portal and internal workflows. Below is a step-by-
step guide to help you make the most of the Company section.

1. Overview – Add or update your company's general information. Changes here


will be reflected on the Investor Portal.

2. Address – Enter your company's official corporate address for internal and external
visibility.
3. Logo - Upload your company’s visual assets including:

Logo, Icons, and Signatures


These will appear across different touchpoints within the platform and investor
communications.

4. Under Settings
a. SMTP Setup – No-Reply Email for Communication
Configure SMTP settings to send and relay emails from your domain. This
ensures reliable delivery of system-generated emails.
Required Fields:
 Host
 Port
 Username
 Password
 Sender Name
 Sender Email
 Administrator Email

b. Subscription Guide URL - Add a link that outlines the subscription process for your
clients. The link will be displayed on the Offers Page to guide users during the
subscription process

c. Social Media Accounts - Link your social media platforms for better brand visibility
and targeted digital advertising.

 X (formerly Twitter)

d. Support / Legal Email - Provide designated emails for Support and Legal inquiries.
This ensures clients can easily reach the appropriate department.

e. Exit Contract Receiver(s) - Designate recipient accounts to automatically receive all


units or funds when an investor exits a fund.
