ABSTRACT
This project presents the development of a Flight Tracker application
designed to provide passengers and families with quick and reliable
updates about flight status, departure/arrival times, and live position
information. The application utilizes a REST API to fetch real-time
flight data and presents it through a user-friendly Command Line
Interface (CLI). The system handles complexities such as time zone
differences, API rate limiting, and missing data gracefully. Through
this project, students gain hands-on experience with HTTP requests,
JSON parsing, API integration, and practical problem-solving in real-
world scenarios.
