Dear Ma’am,

Greetings!

I am ROXAN R. LORONO, married, of legal age, currently residing at Brgy. Datagon,

Pamplona Negros Oriental. I have been teaching Grade 6 at Sto. Niño Elementary School for one
(1) year and one (1) month now. I earned my Master’s Degree in Education major in
Management and Supervision at Villaflores College last S.Y. 2024-2025.

I am respectfully writing to request consideration to be transferred and assigned to Magsusunog

Elementary School, which is located just a few meters away from Apolinario Gerarda Arnaiz
High School in Pamplona 2 where my husband, Rolan Ben L. Lorono, is currently serving.

This request is anchored on my strong desire to join my spouse in the same school, in line with
DepEd’s policy of promoting family unity and welfare. I firmly believe that this will not only
strengthen our family relationship but will also enable me to perform my duties and
responsibilities more effectively and efficiently as an educator.

I assure you that, once granted, I will continue to render my wholehearted service with passion,
commitment, and dedication to the learners and to the Department of Education.

I am humbly hoping for your favorable consideration of my request.

Respectfully yours,

ROXAN R. LORONO

Policies might require clear guidelines on transfer requests, possibly prioritizing cases, and ensuring that educational quality and organizational needs remain stable while accommodating family-unity requests .
