[Link] Cleaning and Maintenance
It is absolutely necessary to keep the luminaire clean and that dust, dirt and fume
residues must not build up on or in the luminaire. Otherwise, the light output of the fixture
will be greatly reduced. Regular cleaning ensures maximum light output and also allows the
fixture to operate reliably throughout its lifespan. A soft, lint-free cloth moistened with any
good quality glass cleaning solution is recommended, alcohol or solvents should not be used
under any circumstances.
The front objective will need to be cleaned weekly, as the smoke liquid can build up
residue that reduces light output very quickly. Cooling fans should be cleaned once a month.
The interior of the fixture should be vacuumed or jet-cleaned at least once a year. Dichroic
filters, hood wheels and inner lenses should be cleaned monthly.
Check the air filter regularly and clean it before it becomes clogged. Clean the air filter
placed in the stationary base. Please use a vacuum cleaner, compressed air, or you can wash
it and put it back.
Before any maintenance and cleaning of the lamp, please make sure that the
power supply is cut off!
Repair work should only be carried out by qualified technicians.
Before servicing and maintenance, the power must be completely switched
off!

To avoid damage to the interior of the lamp body, do not allow the lamp
to sunlight and or other light directly strikes the head lens.
Do not wipe the lamp housing with organic solvents such as alcohol to
avoid damage.
Do not use any solvent containing chemicals to clean coated color filters.

Warn:
When suspending the lamp, an additional safety rope must be installed
to prevent the harm caused by the failure of the main hanging system.
The safety rope must be tied to the installation position of the safety
rope of the lamp, not on the handle.

Warn:
For non-vertical chandeliers, please replace the butterfly hook. G-shaped
hooks, quick hooks and other accessories that do not completely surround
the lamp holder after installation are not allowed.

Warn:
Cover or orient the lens during the day to avoid direct sunlight on the
lens, as the lens can focus the sun causing a potential fire hazard.

Warn:
When the base part is not placed securely, the movement of the lamp
head may drive the movement of the base, so do not turn on the lamp
without confirming the stable placement or hanging of the lamp.

Hanging on a light stand:

[Link] that the hanging light hooks and accessories are not damaged and can
withstand 10 times the total weight of the light fixtures and cables and accessories.
2. Pay attention to the direction of the front of the lamp marked at the bottom of the
base of the lamp body.
3. There should be a stable platform when installing, maintaining and moving lamps,
and there should be a safety fence directly below it.

5
4. The arrow pointing to the front of the silk screen on the lower part of the base of the
lamp body is aligned with the position to be illuminated, and the lamp hook is locked.
5. Pass the approved safety rope through the safety bracket of the base of the lamp body and
tie it to the lamp frame.
6. Check whether the vertical lock is open, check that there are no combustible
materials within 0.2 meters of the lamp housing, and the lamp
Do not be blocked within 12 meters of direct sunlight, and do not have flammable substances
nearby.
7. Check whether there is any possibility of collision between lamps and lanterns during
movement.
8. Check that the other lamps are not directly shining on the lamps, because the strong
light will damage the display panel.
9. Before using the lamp, please confirm that the safety rope has been installed in place.
Data Connection:
·Connect a DMX signal from the controller to the male XLR jack of the fixture
· Insert a cable into the female XLR jack and connect to the next fixture
·Connect a terminating resistor across the last lamp
Pin Definition:
The lamps input and output the DMX signal through the signal line with the 3-core XLR
XLR head, which is defined as follows:

Pin 1 Shield ground Pin 4 Not connected

Pin 2 Signal– Pin 5 Not connected

Pin 3 Signal +

1:Signal interface 2:Power interface 3:

Switch 4:
Fuse Holder
Transmission Reliability:
1. The branch drive can use a signal distributor, such as a visual six-channel
photoelectric isolation RS485 distributor
2. Use shielded twisted pair cables designed for RS-485: standard microphone cables
are not suitable for long-distance data transmission, and 24AGW cables can transmit more
than 300 meters (1000 feet). cable, and preferably a signal amplifier.
3. The number of devices connected to a single signal port should not exceed 32 lamps.

6
4. Connect a 120 ohm 1/4 watt resistor across the "Signal +" and "Signal -" of the last
fixture and also need to connect this resistor to their respective terminals.
Fuse:
1. The fuse for this LED moving head light: 3A. For replacement, only use the same
fuse (φ5x20)
2. The current is 2A, and the voltage is AC 200-240 volts.
3. Install the fuse to the fixed position near the power switch. The power supply of the
lamp must be disconnected before installing the fuse.
Power Connection:
One end of the power cord has been installed with a plug matching the power interface
of the lamp, and the other end should be installed with a suitable power plug with a grounded
three-pin plug. Installation must follow the manufacturer's instructions. The table below
gives some suggested plug pin connections. If in doubt or in doubt, consult a qualified
electrician. To power up, the power switch should be pulled to position "I

6. Display panel overview
The schematic diagram of the lighting panel is shown in the figure. The title above
shows the name of the lighting fixture, and the status bar below shows the signal of the
current lighting fixture, the status of the bulb, the fault (when there is a fault information that
has not been checked, it will display "ERR", otherwise it will display "NOR"), etc.
This lighting fixture supports DMX/RDM protocol. When the lighting fixture is
searched by the RDM host, the three letters "RDM" will appear on the panel, indicating that
the lighting fixture is enumerated normally.
Note: Do not use sharp objects to click on the display screen to prevent damage.
