APPLICATION PROCESS:

Pre-Registration
Before starting the application process, check the minimum admission criteria valid for OSTİM
Technical University through the link: [Link] and please
make sure to make an electronic copy of the following documents in PDF format:
For Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree
1. Passport (Turkish Translated and Notarized)
2. High School Diploma (Turkish Translated and Notarized)
3. High School Transcript (Turkish Translated and Notarized)
For Master's Degree
1. Passport (Turkish Translated and Notarized)
2. Bachelor Degree Diploma (Turkish Translated and Notarized)
3. Bachelor Degree Transcript (Turkish Translated and Notarized)

After completing your application, if your application is approved, a Conditional Acceptance


Letter will be sent to you. The Conditional Acceptance Letter contains detailed information
about your tuition fees. After paying your tuition fee, you need to upload the bank receipt to the
application system. Once your bank receipt is uploaded to the system, you will receive a Final
Acceptance Letter, with which you will need to apply for a student visa at the Turkish
Embassy/Consulate in your country.
After you receive your visa you have to come to the university to complete your final
registration.
FINAL REGISTRATION:
Required Documents for Associate Degree and Bachelor's Degree Registration
1. Passport: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped.
2. High School Diploma: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped.
3. High School Transcript: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped.
4. High School Graduation or University Entrance Exam Result Certificate If available.
5. English/Turkish Language Proficiency Exam Result Certificate If available. Notarized,
Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped.
6. Tuition Fee Bank Receipt
7. Biometric Photos (4)
8. Final Acceptance Letter: If a printout is not available, it will be issued by the
International Relations Directorate.
9. Entry Dates to Türkiye, Visa, or a Copy of the Turkish Republic Foreign Identity Card
10. Disability Report, Blue Card If available.
11. Equivalency Certificate: For Turkish citizens who completed their entire high school
education abroad, except for high schools affiliated with the Ministry of National
Education (MEB) abroad.
12. Full Civil Registration Certificate: International students with dual nationality who
acquired Turkish citizenship later (with both mother and father listed).
13. Private Health Insurance: Must cover at least 1 year.
NOTE: The documents related to the above-mentioned registrations have been determined by
the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education, and in case of a different decision, the
documents required for registration may change.
Required Documents for Master's Degree Registration
1. Passport: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped.
2. Bachelor’s Degree Diploma: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and
Stamped.
3. Bachelor’s Degree Transcript: Notarized, Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and
Stamped.
4. University Recognition Certificate (School Recognition): It is issued by the Directorate
of International Relations via E-Devlet.
5. English/Turkish Language Proficiency Exam Result Certificate If available. Notarized,
Turkish Translation, Wet Signature and Stamped
6. Tuition Fee Bank Receipt
7. Biometric Photos (4)
8. Final Acceptance Letter: If a printout is not available, it will be issued by the
International Relations Directorate.
9. Entry Dates to Türkiye, Visa, or a Copy of the Turkish Republic Foreign Identity Card
10. Disability Report, Blue Card If available.
11. Full Civil Registration Certificate: International students with dual nationality who
acquired Turkish citizenship later (with both mother and father listed).
