BEC FORMATION PROCESS:
The BEC Formation Process shall be well understood by
the Parish Priest, Parish BEC Coordinator, Vicarial BEC Priest
in-charge and Lay coordinator before the conduct of the
Basic Orientation Seminar on Basic Ecclesial Community in
the parish. The Diocesan Formation Team shall explain to
the Parish Priest and to the PPC Executive Committee the
Formation process. The formation process will guide the
parish priest / parish team on the next step to undertake.

C. Strengthening of the Evangelization Component:
Parish Formation Teams and Alagads shall take an
active role in the evangelization component. PFTs shall
be trained on how to prepare session guides for
evangelization topics, and for dissemination to
Alagads. Alagads shall facilitate lecture on
evangelization topics at the Tolda /Selda level.
DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE:
