3 KEY REQUIREMENTS
Technical Examination Computer
Desktop or laptop computer with Windows 8.1 or newer
Requirements Device & OS: No Macintosh, MacOS, tablet, virtual machines, or VPNs
Installed ProProctor App and Google Chrome browser
Plug the device directly into a power outlet
Internet: Stable connection
(0.5 Mbps+ for upload, 5.0 Mbps+ for download)
Screen Resolution: Minimum 1024 x 768
Accessories: Wired or integrated microphone, speaker, and webcam
(external webcam recommended; audio and video enabled)
Second Device for Smartphone with front-facing camera, iOS 12+ or Android 9+
Monitoring Plug the device directly into a power outlet or an external battery
Ensure the device is on a tripod or stable surface
Stable Internet connection

- Computer must pass the System Check - Computer must support the installation and

Venue Setup Room Indoors (walled), well-lit, and free from noise and interruptions

Check-in Inspection
Requirements Identity Verification: Present an acceptable, valid and original identification document
Venue Scan: 360° scan of your room, desk, chair, walls, bookshelves, and
surroundings
Personal Scan: Checking your sleeves, pockets, glasses, and behind your ears.
All accessories likes jewellery items, hats and smartwatches
must be removed
Consent Required For facial recognition, video and audio recording during the
examination
IMPORTANT NOTES
During the examination
You must be alone in the room, no other people and pets permitted
You must have the technical skills to independently handle IT issues and master the
devices and applications
