Subject: Urgent request regarding the return of confiscated Chemistry
Record.
Respected Madam,
I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a distressing matter
regarding my Chemistry Record, which was confiscated on October 31st,
and to request your intervention to have it returned to me.
I brought my Chemistry Record to school on that date for submission.
During the first period (Physics), a classmate, Ankita, asked to borrow my
record, and I lent it to her. Subsequently, during the second period
(Chemistry), I was not in the classroom as I had to report to the ground
for Shotput selection.
When I returned to the class in the fourth period, I was informed that my
Chemistry Record had been confiscated by the Mathematics teacher, Mr.
Sudhir Kumar Jha. I learned that while I was away at the sports selection,
another classmate was using my record to complete their own work while
Mr. Jha was teaching. The teacher confiscated both my record and the
classmate’s record.
I have requested Mr. Jha multiple times to return my file, explaining that I
was not present in the class and had no intention for my file to be used
during his lecture. However, he has refused to return it. I am innocent in
this regard; I simply lent my notes to a peer, and I was unaware they
would use it inappropriately during a different teacher's class.
A Matter of Confidential Concern I would also like to place a sensitive
concern before you. I am apprehensive that raising this complaint might
lead to negative repercussions regarding my Internal Assessment grades
in Mathematics. I fear that the teacher might hold a bias against me for
reporting this to you. I humbly request you to treat this matter with
discretion and ensure that my academic standing is not compromised
due to this incident.
My Chemistry submission deadline is approaching, and I am extremely
worried. I kindly request you to look into this and help me retrieve my
record.
Thank you for your understanding and support.
Yours obediently,
Sudarshan Roy
