Session 1 Meeting the mentors, talking to them about their journey
while taking them on a tour of institute .
Session 2 Learning about their aspirations, interests and their
experience in the initial days of institute .
Session 3 Explaining course curriculum and workflow website and the
overall importance of academics.
Session 4 Explaining them about POR’s giving insight about the teams
under the institute secretaries (which also includes teams
under Shaastra and Saarang).
Session 5 Giving Insight about all the competitive and non-competitive
clubs .
Session 6 Chilling out with them so that they could be more friendly and
can feel more comfortable with me so that they can share
their problems with me with zero concern.
Session 7 Recapitulating everything that was discussed about the
academics and then discussing some key points about the
electives and grading that is done in different courses.
Session 8 Asking them about their problems and helping them
overcome it, helping them remain motivated and enthusiastic.
Session 9 Telling them the importance of living for themselves and not
run after public validation.
Session 10 Taking them out to chill and explore Chennai and asking them
about their overall experience of Institute.
