Good morning/afternoon, ma’am/sir.

Thank you for the opportunity to interview you. This interview is a part of my school project,
and through it, I hope to learn more about your experiences, your journey as a teacher, and
the values that guide your work in education.
I appreciate your time, and with your permission, I would like to begin with the questions.

Questions -
1. To begin with, what inspired you to become a teacher?
2. As we talk about inspiration, who was the most influential teacher in your life, and why?
3. Moving toward your early career, what challenges did you face when you began teaching,
and how did you overcome them?
4. Looking back at your journey, what has been the biggest learning experience in your
teaching career so far that has stayed with you? It may even be something you learned from a
student.
5. Talking about inspiration, what book, quote, or thought has inspired you the most?
6. If we look at education as a system, if you could change one thing about the education
system, what would it be — and why?
7. On a positive note, what do you find most rewarding about teaching?
8. Students often look to teachers for guidance, so what message would you like to give to
students to help them succeed in life?
9. Thinking about the future, in addition to core academics, what future-ready abilities do
students need the most?
10. Finally, what message would you share with future educators who aim to become
teachers?
